401(k) Incentive Savings Plan (ISP)
All eligible regular full and part-time employees are can participate in the Incentive Savings Plan (ISP). The ISP is your 401(k) plan. You may invest up to 100% of your eligible pay (up to $20,500 in 2022, or $26,000 including the $6,500 catch-up contribution limit if you are over age 50) in a variety of funds.
Western Union will make a 4% of your pay non-elective contribution. You do not need to make your own contributions to receive the Western Union Contribution. The Western Union Company non-elective contributions are vested immediately. You may enroll or make changes to your account at any time, and the change will generally be effective within two pay periods.
