401(k) Incentive Savings Plan (ISP)
All eligible regular full and part-time employees are can participate in the Incentive Savings Plan (ISP). The ISP is your 401(k) plan. You may invest up to 100% of your eligible pay (up to $19,500 in 2020, or $26,000 including the $6,500 catch-up contribution limit if you are over age 50) in a variety of funds.
Western Union matches your contribution up to 4% of your pay (100% of deferrals up to the first 3% of your pay, plus 50% of deferrals up to the next 2% of your pay). The Western Union Company matching contributions are vested immediately. You may enroll or make changes to your account at any time, and the change will generally be effective within two pay periods.
